Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sprig. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to them.

Last updated August 7, 2026

1. Using Sprig

Sprig provides tools for recording and reviewing fertility observations. You may use the app only in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and the App Store rules that apply to your device and account.

Sprig is not medical care

Sprig is an informational charting tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of pregnancy or pregnancy prevention. Do not use the app as a substitute for a qualified physician, Creighton Model practitioner, or other healthcare professional. Seek professional or emergency care when appropriate.

2. License

Sprig is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Unless a custom license is presented with the app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

3. Your data and device

No Sprig account is required. You are responsible for protecting your device, reviewing the accuracy of your entries, and safely handling any files you export. Deleting the app or chart data may permanently remove locally stored information.

4. Sprig Plus

Some features may require a paid Sprig Plus subscription. Price, billing period, renewal, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Apple bills subscriptions to your Apple ID; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple subscription settings. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests under its applicable policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Sprig for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Interfere with the app’s operation, security, or access controls.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Misrepresent Sprig’s output as professional medical advice.

6. Ownership

Sprig, its design, software, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Sprig or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the information you enter and the files you export.

7. Third-party services

Sprig may rely on Apple, RevenueCat, and—only when you opt in—PostHog. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Sprig is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sprig. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprig is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Sprig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Sprig at any time. Your right to use the app ends automatically if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will remain in effect.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the revision date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the support channel listed on Sprig’s App Store page.
